I would give zero stars if I could. When I went to the address 3700 Hillcroft Rd its not on my GPS. I called to ask where it is and when the lady told us I went there just to see that it doesnt exist. Then I went to do more research and went to the westheimer one and it doesnt exist anymore. When I tried to call back I never got a call back. Very sus. Would never trust this doctor or clinic. What kind of clinic doesnt even update their address info? Or fix it? Very sus.

When we called to make an appointment for covid like symptoms the receptionist said they would be happy to see us. Once we arrived the doctor panicked and turned us away after he heard that we had been coughing. He then stated that he wouldn't see or treat us without a negative COVID test result, and that his clinic does not have testing capabilities. It sure would have been nice to have known we needed a test before we drove all the way to this clinic. The facility itself was run down and very dirty, with highly limited parking spaces. It doesn't even say Doctors Care Clinic, it's Clinica Hispana or something close to that. They also Don't accept insurance. I would avoid this place.
