Brought my ex wifes father. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Franquiz was extremely helpful and straight to the point. Great experience!

I called them and had them verify in advance that a visit would be fully covered by my insurance before agreeing to book an appointment. They confirmed this again when the appointment was over, I did not give them any payment nor did I sign a receipt before leaving. It turns out they lied and the visit was not covered and I have to pay a significant amount.

They are supposed to send the doctor readings monthly no doctor ever received them ever so wife was documentation of her daily readings and took to doctors. They would send notifications daily to test several times a day and doctor said she only needed to test some many times. We called requesting that they stop sending the message and they still did it. We finally told them to cancel service and come get the equipment and they wouldnt give a receipt saying that they received it. They wanted to take the equipment and email us a receipt. I said no receipt no equipment and the employee that came out was very rude and the whole company is rude to customers. They were sending wife a bill monthly and she was told that she was not paying anything for the service. Stay away from them they are the worst!!
