Dr. Victor Mendiola

HORRIBLE doctor.....does not like patients to be informed and will NOT answer any questions. Also from what I get is he blocks numbers of patients when they do try and ask questions....I call from my number and it goes straight to the calling service when I call from another number it goes to the office rings like 20 times then goes to allow me to leave a message. Avoid this so called doctor at all costs.

This practice is no place to take your loved ones they do not care about their patients nor their families. My father passed away, and they are refusing to sign the death certificate without a valid reason. Veronica, their office manager has no tact and no shame towards grieving familys. Please keep away from this place.

My father is a patient of Dr. Mendiola, I have left multiple messages on the nurses and managers voicemail 3 days in a row. No one ever calls back. My father is elderly and is diabetic and recently tested positive for COVID. We were in the emergency room 5 days ago and were advised by ER doctors to contact his PCP, he has other underlying conditions and we want to find out what other medications hes able to take for his Covid symptoms. Looks like if things get worse, well just go back to the ER. Very disappointed with the care, better yet, lack of care from this physician and his staff. Cant wait for re-enrollment to switch out of this office. I do not recommend this physician at all! If I could give a negative star, I would. Plenty of other Doctors out there, keep looking and dont go here.
