I've been seeing Nkechi for about a year. When I first started seeing her I knew something was off because she was always saying her CC machine was never working. So the only way I could pay her was through cash app. I always thought it was odd, but my medicine was getting filled so I didn't really care. Fast forward 6 months into seeing her as my doctor she convinces me to start taking blood pressure medication. I agree because I do have a serious blood pressure issue. She never had a problem doing virtual visits with me because she knew I was a distance away from her. That's how I would get my medication refilled. Fast forward another 6 months into seeing her and she now has an assistant Victoria. I don't have any real problems with her other then she's not very good at communicating. I've had to call the office several times to get her to tell Nkechi about things I needed. I call to have my blood pressure medication refilled and asked to do a virtual visit because I moved from this area and her office is now located 45 minutes from me. I had to play messenger owl with Victoria from the office and she explained how Nkechi is refusing to refill my blood pressure medication and do a virtual visit. The only way I will get it filled is if I see her in person. I also don't have insurance anymore, so now it's a $85 visit just for a refill. Not only did she put me on a medication that I now need to keep my blood pressure down, but she's refusing to work with me knowing I need this medication. I will not be seeing her again, and I hope my experience helps others understand she doesn't care about your health. Just your money.

Doctor Nkechi Onwumere is an incredible doctor and she knows her field. This lady make sure her patients are well treated with awesome care. One thing I love about her is she always says "it's okay to ask her any questions than going home and be all confuse, and she takes her time to eliberate and make sure you as a patient understand and get the proper help.

Dr. Nkechi is an amazing doctor! She took such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. She couldnt have been nicer or more professional. She is caring and her utmost concern is your comfort. Her staff are always very friendly and professional too! Highly recommended! Absolutely love them all!
