Dr. Panda never answers my messages. She always has her assistants reach out with misinformation. Ive waited for medication for more than a month and she cant even get the coding right or call the pharmacy to confirm my meds. Dont waste your time here. Im very patient but this clinic has truly pushed me to switch PCP.

I would not recommend this clinic i changed my mom from her first Dr. because everytime I took my mom Dr. panda seemed to get bothered one time she even told me why do you bring your mom here just take her to the ER so my question to her was why do we need you for?if its not an emergency why would we go to the ER? the Dr. I changed my mom to it was in the same clinic this Dr.Flores could never explained things right meaning in a good way this last time what he told me really hurt because I love my mom and for this dr. to just tell me if my mom doesn't like Dr's we should just let them know and we don't have to go and we can just let my mom pass away like why would I do that his just heatless its obvious people get tired of going to the Dr. but not because of that where going to give up. I will go find another clinic and another dr. that will care for there patients.

They literally do nothing correct here at this location. I used to go there and I take my parents here too. They will put you in a room for at least an hour and a half before the nurse practioner or Doctor sees you. There will be no one else in the waiting room and they will still take long. The "Doctors" do not help with what you need help with. They don't discuss your results with you. They try to do referrals and they send you out to other specialists where they DONT even accept your insurance. the ladies working at the front desk only care about their lashes and lipstick. I have sat a full day trying to call them and they never pick up phones. They seem to be at lunch eating all the time they are there and they are disrespectful. Useless clinic and I will never again give them my business.
