If youve been in an accident and need a form filled out dont come here. Ive been going back and forth the last 4 days. I liked my doctor but the communication in this medical center is terrible even with the app. You can tell once they are done trying to be helpful or when they are irritated. The first time I understood because I did not know I needed to fill out a portion of the form but after that the 3 ladies at the front said they could email me the information once it was filled because I dont have a car at the moment only for me to have to constantly call about my form being filled and then them telling me they cant email it to me. Like are you kidding me? Ive wasted so much time trying to get this important document that could have been filled out and emailed to me. I was understanding at first but at this point I think its either the front desk women who are terrible at their jobs and their communicating skills or the staff in the back who stopped caring enough to finish everything promptly. I understand they have other patients, absolutely, but if you could respond quickly the first day or 2 then that should still be a continued action once the problem was corrected from my end. I dont appreciate having to find a ride every single day to show up for something that could be done in literally a few minutes and emailed to me. Not to mention me having to constantly tell them that I need another copy of another form and them not even mention it. I dont understand whats so hard about all of that. Ive been extremely patient and understanding but this isnt just a small thing I need, this is pretty important. This is ridiculous. And just to add to this review, they said they close at 5pm even though their doors and the website says they close at 6pm. Literally stood outside to pick up a piece of paper only for the lady to rudely turn me away.

De sacarme sangre me dice la recepcionista que no voy a poder sacarme sangre ya que era muy tarde 4:30 luego de que mi turno era a las 3:50 estuve hay desde las 3:20 en ayunas repito porque dice ella que el camin pasaba a las 5 para llevarse las muestras de sangre y nada muy oronda me dice que re programe para maana a las fes mi pregunta es si no me pueden sacar sangre a esa hora para qu diablos dan las citas psima atencin en esta clnica tanto de los doctores como del personal no vuelvo mas
