Came to this place on one of our game days and the place was packed with 2 employees working the whole store. Good drinks though.

management is trash they are petty. they are SO unprofessional i feel really bad for the workers. the managers name is MARIE. she was very rude to me and her workers that is not acceptable. poor kids are just working a minimum wage job, the kids tried their best from pov and were very nice. Smoothie king need to DO SOMETHING about management, because its not the first time i see this happening at this store. one time i walked in and i could hear her screaming from the back to another person/worker that is UNACCEPTABLE . how can you expect these kids to listen to you if you CANNOT RESPECT them or care what you do when there are customers right outside. any who, the workers/kids need to have a better manager.

Literally the worst experience Ive had with smoothie king! This was my first time ordering from this location I did curbside. I called when I was outside and I was told to come inside because theyre too busy which is the first issue I have! How do you offer curbside and when called for curbside youre telling me I have to come in!? My second issue is I asked for a receipt so that I can have something to reference when filing this complaint and they made me wait for 10-15 minutes while they kept doing whatever they were doing I had to ask 4 times before someone actually went to the back and printed it out.
