        Had a great experience with Michelle here. They have an appointment only system which we werent aware of, and when she saw us outside calling the number to schedule an appointment she came out and told us she can help us as soon as her current client is done. Long story short, she took her time, let me wife try on everything she wanted, and gave sizing advice on her new bracelet, which were excited to receive after having links removed. Ill definitely be shopping with her again for future VCA products.

        A bit snobbish... the SA didnt offer to let me fit the correct size of bracelet. Its obvious that i needed a smaller size than the one they let me fit. I brought my business to Dior. P.S. Buy your jewelries at BVLGARI. They have way better customer service both at a physical store and online. VCA pcs are way overpriced anyways Gold weight has more value than mother of pearl, malachite and other stones that they put all over VCA jewelry.
