My fiance (now wife!) and I worked with Sandra and her team at iTouch in 2022 to make custom green sapphire engagement rings. In January of this year, we went back to have my wifes ring engraved and my wedding band custom made. We love Sandra and her team and will be going back to iTouch for many years!! Sandra is super responsive and easy to communicate with. We went back and forth on the custom design for my ring, and she worked with me until it was absolutely perfect. The ring in person is even more beautiful than the renderings and mold she showed me - they totally nailed my vision! The engraving on mine and my wifes bands was a quick and simple process - took the rings to Sandra and got them back a few days later. Sandra also was able to appraise my new wedding band so that we could add it to our jewelry insurance. Our engagement rings still look new over a year later, and we trust that iTouch has delivered quality pieces that will stand the test of time. Love having a local jeweler who can help us bring our visions to life for these big life milestones!
