        Erica Dominguez saved the day. I came in to purchase a ring I had found online after I was convinced that was the one I wanted. When I came in I wasnt satisfied and was bummed. Regardless of the reality Erica didnt change her mood into a survival mode trying to save the sale. Instead she started to show me some of the diamonds thats were loose and happened to have a special on them. After that we found a setting. All in all the diamond Erica found and the setting made for a more original creation and non-consequentially cheaper price. What a great experience. 10/10
