I wanted to take the time and write on what an amazing experience I had with Record Diamond Company and BJ Hinz! I wanted a unique engagement ring for my fiancé but didnt know exactly what I wanted as this was my first time buying a ring. BJ Hinz took the time to explain to me what the different styles, cuts and clarity were and helped me pick an amazing ring for my fiancé that she absolutely loves! BJ did a great job with the design and keeping me informed through the entire process and I couldnt have asked for a better ring to give to my fiancé. If you are in the market for jewelry, BJ Hinz and Record Diamond Company are the only place to go. I will definitely use him again for my future purchases!

Ive known BJ for many years and he did my wifes engagement and wedding ring. We have since been a referral source for family and friends wanting true custom bespoke pieces that are quality and priced fairly. Currently we are in the works of sending unique cultural pieces that I hope to upload soon once they are complete!

My husband wanted a unique, custom wedding band. After searching at various big box and luxury jewelers, they either had very slim unique options or were priced at tens of thousands of dollars (for a band). I remembered that BJ Hinz helped my husband design my engagement ring so I went to him for this request. I shouldve gone to him sooner! He walked me through the entire process. He provided insights and recommendations that helped to make the ring perfect. Theres no need for us to go into any other jewelry store again Record Diamond Company has our business!

Anyone looking for a Jeweler should look no further. RDC does amazing work, and the entire process was enjoyable and easy. First, he meets with his clients to get an idea of what they are looking for. Then he creates a CAD drawing of the piece, which he utilizes to create a plastic model so that you are able to physically see what the finished product will look like before making the actual piece of jewelry. This is something I have never personally seen before and it allowed me to see a visual representation of the ring and make minor alterations to the design before I committed to having it made. In addition to his unique approach to designing jewelry, BJ offers customer service second to none. Working with BJ feels like working with a family friend rather than working with "just a Jeweler". He always went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even going as far to personally deliver my ring to me because I was not able to leave work to pick it up. The ring came out perfect and I am very glad I chose to have it made by RDC. I will be going to RDC for all my future jewelry needs.
