    Hiltons have slipped. They aren't worth it anymore. Over priced for no reason. Is this a great hotel? No. So, there's breakfast or something else to make up for it? No.

    Horrible hotel. Reservation did not get honored when I arrived, and staff told me to go to another hotel because they were sold out. The lobby was filled with people complaining about the same issue because this hotel double books to avoid losing money on cancellations. When I insisted that I had a reservation and called upper management to complain, my room suddenly appeared. Housekeeping staff at this hotel was very nice. On a different stay, the lock on the door did not work and I had to insist for almost an hour to be moved to another room for safety reasons. Staff comes across as very rude and nonchalant. Definitely not your normal Hilton hotel.

    The below hello email was sent to me from the corporate team of the Hilton Hotel stating that they would reply respond to my situation where my truck was broken into my window was broken but nothing was stolen out of my truck it cost me $140 to have my window fixed they never reply to me besides the below email..What kind of Professional Organization is this there was another car window broken that day as well... I would like for them to pay for my window which cost me $140 that was no signs stating that park at your own risk I was on their property stayed in their hotel.. I paid over $200 to stay there..After reporting the incident to the police department they told me that is the worst neighborhood to stand they have more burglary robbery in that area than any other area in the city I would not stay there..Please pay me my $140.00..
