Room was just ok, but like someone else mentioned in their review the water in the shower drains slowly. I actually meant to mention at the beginning of this review that the front desk people have a terrible attitude, and don't appreciate that the place is actually NOT CHEAP, and they need to be WAY more friendly! Dare I say THEY'RE BL@CK, and I've experienced this type of attitude nationwide with "THE WORLD OWES ME SOMETHING" attitude and lackadaisical work ethic they have, but not a great first impression to have angry surly people as the first employees you encounter! Food is good at the bar but THE ILLEGALS can barely understand what drink I'm ordering, so I have to literally tell them by pointing to a picture I bring up on my phone as to what basic mixed drink I want, and when I'm paying $8-$12 for a cocktail I'd like it to be correct! Oh yes, I also encountered a surly Bl@*k female who was ALLEGEDLY in a management role in the lounge area! FRIENDLINESS IS A MUST IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! I've stayed here six times, so at least They're CONSISTENT, RUDE Every Time! My suggestion is to HIRE NICER & BETTER PEOPLE! I certainly hope I get a response from management, and my Assessment of this place is not completely ignored! I brought up "Race & Ethnicity" only to give you an idea of who are the people who are rude and/or incompetent EVERY TIME I STAY THERE! THANK YOU!

Location is good near a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Beds are soft and comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfy. The shower is not good. There are plumbing issues. The water in the shower goes down extremely slow. The water is up above your ankles, so you are showering in your own dirt yuck..
