Very nice hotel under Renovations so I didn't get to use any of the stuff that they say they have cuz it wasn't available but I will come again in the future to see if all the renovations are completed Pleasant staff lots of parking restaurant walking distance Cheddar's restaurant that is Highway few centimeters away excellent location

On our last visit to Houston, we stayed at this hotel, and we were surprised by the renovations they are doing. I'm sorry I did not take a room photo, but really, it's pretty nice. The room was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. Here is a photo of the hallway. The pool is still in renovation, so we were not able to use it, the same for the restaurant. But everything else was good. Definitely, I will check in again on this great hotel.

I really enjoyed my three week stay here. The staff has all been very pleasant to interact with. I want to give a special shout out to the manager, Emely at Reception and Andres in Maintenance. The manager just happened to be at reception when I went back downstairs to ask a question and he was very personable and he always greeted me if he was in the lobby when I passed thru coming and going. Emely was always pleasant when I was exiting in the morning and each week when I did my check in and out. Andres went out of his way to figure out the hot water issue with my bar sink so I wouldnt have to change rooms. The one bedroom suites are very comfortable and spacious. Hotels with gues laundry is always a huge bonus for extended stays. The location is great because there are tons of food options close by. They are in the process of rebranding and even in the midst of the construction going on, it was easy to maneuver through the lobby and the parking lot. I highly recommend giving this hotel a try if you need to be in Westchase or anywhere close to the area.

The caveat is the lobby that is undergoing total renovation and the air conditioning and minibar are a bit noisy, but I was so tired that it didn't make much difference. The location is great and parking is free. Service was also friendly.
I thought it was cool that we could enter before the normal checkinn time, paying but...

timo hotel, quarto bastante amplo e banheiro tambm. A resalva fica por conta do lobby em reforma total e pelo ar condicionado e frigobar um pouco barulhentos, mas eu estava to cansado que no fez muita diferena. A localizao tima e o estacionamento gratuito. O atendimento tambm foi cordial.
Achei legal podermos entrar antes do horrio normal do checkinn, pagando mas...
Enfim vale a pena ficar no hotel
