No towels, no comforter. Did not feel safe staying here at all. Don't do it. But customer service was great

Absolutely disgusting!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed on the 18 of this month. on the outside it looked a bit dated but nothing crazy. the front desk lady was sweet and that's honestly where the pleasantries ended. She informed us the elevator was broken and said "oh but your room is close to that end you can park on the end and go up the stairs" went to park and the door to go thru has no door handle! Not only that but the hallways smelled of Urine, there are people roaming inside and out at all hours, the stairs are just as disgusting and there was someone's whole apartment being stored in the stairwell. upon entering the room it was pleasant at first glance. there were roaches and bugs in the shower drain. the beds have no blankets you have to ask for one and most likely they'll be out I have no doubt they just don't have blankets to offer in the first place. I personally don't understand how anyone could run a hotel with no blankets and be happy with what they're offering people. we needed more toilet paper as the room had like half a roll not even but were questioned rudely when we asked the guy at the front desk for a roll. to top it off the cleaning lady tried to come in my room at ALMOST 10am to clean, check out is at 12!
