I wasn't even here for 30 minutes and had to kill two roaches. When I went to complain to the person manning the office, he was very rude and denied there being any roaches. He raised his voice. He then did not want to give us a refund. When I called corporate, he then tried to only give a $30 out of $75 refund. When we asked for a manager, he tried calling his friends to see what he should do, instead of management. He also said that he didn't have a manager. In short, this place has very nasty rooms and very poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Came in from out town for a funeral and got two rooms, after only ONE hour of staying cockroaches starting creeping out of the mattress and head board of room A and cockroaches started crawling out of the water drain in room B. Upon bringing this to the receptionist desk, he started immediately yelling saying theres no cockroaches. I even offered to show him the pictures me and my family took and he told us he is not able to provide any refund he even went as far as using profane language and telling us to tell the health department because he doesnt care. Afterwards I asked to speak to a manager and he rudely exclaimed theres no manager and the person he kept calling while i was explaining to him what my elderly mother just witnessed he exclaimed it was just a friend. Will not recommend not even to my worse enemy.
