The worst hotel that I know. Horrible experience, it doesnt looks that the pictures shows. Smell so bad a tobacco / cigarette. I went with my family and was impossible stay there by one single night. The AC was broken and it doesnt work, the shower looks old style and cracks everywhere. It wasnt clean. Immediately I talked with the front office employee and he call the manager. They were kind but they told me that I gonna receive my refund, that never happened. I highly recommend never you going to this hotel.

Came here trying to escape the heat during the thunderstorm in Houston on June 23rd. Terrible neighborhood, so I was already on edge. Checking in was difficult. The room we booked was given to someone else so we had to get a different room. On my way to the room, I saw a roach scuttle away. Not promising. Then I opened the door. Overpowering stench of cigarettes and an ash tray in plain view on the coffee table. I assume a mistake was made and go back to request a non-smoking room. Was informed it was a non-smoking room. I asked why it had an ash tray then. All rooms apparently have ash trays, even the non-smoking ones. Lady grabbed some febreeze, but I informed her I have a medical condition, and masking it with febreeze isn't going to help. Checked a few other rooms, and every single one reeked of cigarettes and had ash trays. By this point, my lungs were itching and burning, and I hadn't even stepped foot inside. Canceled the reservation and left. The receptionist was kind enough, but this place was filthy and definitely does not offer actual nom-smoking rooms. You can claim some people just break the rules, but when you're putting ash trays in all of them, are they really? If you have asthma, allergies, or any lung condition or sensitivity to cigarette smoke, steer clear!
