Worst experience I have ever experienced at a hotel before. Went to check in and the rude front desk clerk didnt even ask me for my name or anything and automatically told me my reservation was canceled due to my card declining the day before. She then asked me for my id and card I reserved with. I gave it to her and then she told me that she dont have a room for me. I walked out and then my card was charged at this hotel. I go back in to get an explanation for the charge and she continues to tell me that my reservation was canceled the day before and she dont know what else to tell me because she didnt charge me. She refused to look at my bank statement where I was showing her. They never attempted to charge my card the day before either because my bank didnt have anything showing that. What it was is they seen my EMPLOYEE RATE so low and decided to cancel my reservation so they could get more money for that room. I came 4 hours away and chose this hotel to stay at and never again will I even think to look their way! I cant say anything bad about the hotel itself because I didnt even get to stay but the employees are the most rudest people. Still waiting for the manager to contact me!

The little darkskin overnight girl was EXTREMELY rude. I booked the room in advance and drove all the way from louisiana just for her to cancel my room upon arrival. She didnt even touch the desk, she gave me an attitude from the jump, didnt even say hello when I walked up. She just sat there slouched back with her airpods in watching her show and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. When my ID wasnt accepted, a guest in my party tried to use theirs being that they are 22 there should be no disputes to accepting his ID. But she didnt even wanna look at it since I am only 20 and it was under my name. We tried to transfer the room to his name and his info but she was reluctant to help us so we booked a room at the Hilton which has higher standards than this place down the street and they were beyond helpful to us. Now it has been over the 7-10 days that they said I would receive a refund in, and when I call they cant do anything but keep telling me the same thing, to wait 7-10 days. I have never had this problem anywhere else and no one I know will be reserving with them.
