Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you for hosting me.

I booked here after Hotel Derek across the street had roaches in the room. The Royals room didnt have any glaring issues, it was expected for the price minus the fact there was no fridge or microwave. Amenities are good and the service was adequate. This is not a 5-star experience but there wasnt anything genuinely wrong with it.

Rooms: Roomy, comfortable bed, outlets not ideal for 2.. coffee pot must not be used often. LOVED the extra mirror in the bathroom. Food at the event had amazing presentation with zero flavor and wrong texture. Service at the restaurant was wonderful in the am but at the event.. severely lacking. I was pushed more than once so my friends water could be filled. And bumped into by eager servers. Walkability: You need a car in this area.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS! this is by far the worst hotel i have stayed at but for a big name and location! First my toilet had pee and a used tissue when i checked in. Dust on all surfaces. No fridge , no microwave! Windows had grease and finger prints all over it. We went put for the whole day just to return to a dirty room! Nobody cleaned The tv isn't smart with no access to the internet (in this age and time!) the bathroom floor was dirty and the surfaces had finger prints. The bath tub was dirty and the drapes had spots. I will call the receptionist and guest services but nobody picks up! I had to call over and over again before they picked up i had to pee so bad! but had to wait another hour for someone to come clean the used toilet pot!!! The ice machine on our floor wasn't working so we drank our champagne blant! This is not only a disappointment but a waste of my money, my enjoyment my vacation and i already started discouraging people that asked how the hotel was like my uber driver and i won't stop! Nobody should be wasting momey here. Zero! A disgrace . NOT TO FORGET, they do not serve breakfast in the history of worst this is a motel not a hotel Rooms: DIRTY! Urine(pee) and used tissue in my toilet pot. No fridge, no microwave, no smart tv. Dust on all surfaces. Noone cleans when you step out the next day! Grease and finger prints on windows and some surety. Disappointed wastes vacation and money! Food & drinks: They do not serve breakfast!!
