Quality Inn & Suites NRG Park - Medical Center

The a/c made a racket noise, the TV ONLY HAD 2 CHANNELS that you could actually see, all others static...hair dryer didn't work, the breakfast had nothing but waffles, coffee was horrible. Lots of noise all night.

Things did not work in the room. TV was fuzzy and only a few channels. Hot water pressure was very low. Ice machines did not work.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Roach crawling out of the bed. Reeked of smoke. The sweet gal who checked us in was very friendly. The one who had to move us rooms did not seem surprised of the roaches and was less than amused that she had to do extra work. Security was hilarious. Didn't speak a lick of English. Couldn't have helped us if we needed it, but offered to take our bags when we had to transfer out of the roach infested portion of the facility.

I read the reviews before coming, was truly very scared we would be sleeping with roaches and a very nasty room, BUT that wasnt the case for us, we got a room in the last section of the hotel, room looked to be freshly painted and ceilings as well. My 4 complaints are the air vents smelt as though they hadnt been replaced in quite some time, sprayed a whole travel Lysol and it helped. The shower got the tiles outside the shower wet and caused my daughter to fall but she was ok. And the tiles throughout needed updated/cleaned well and the cleaning needed to be done a little better dirt in corner and razors left from previous person. But the locations is great for anyone attending NRG STADIUM! We didnt eat breakfast there but I did check it out did seem to have a small but good selection;waffles, fresh fruit, juices,cereal,granola bars. We didnt watch tv but the channels were limited so if your a big tv watcher you might be disappointed. ***They do still have signs up for renovation!*** but overall our stay was good
