Comfort Suites Houston I-45 North - Closed

The quality of the rooms are terrible. The rooms are musty and feel sticky. The carpet in rooms are so nasty. I wouldn’t do a 2 sec rule if they dropped something on the floor. Straight to the trash. Water pressure in bathroom is awful. Breakfast was ok. The ceiling has paint spots coming off. We got to our room with all of our stuff and kiddos the mini fridge wasn’t working. went to the next room the toilet wasn’t working. So we just moved the mini fridge to other room cause the next room was terrible. And such a downgrade. Worst comfort suites we have stayed in by far.

I wish i did book this room first night. I loved everything. So neat, big room and more comfortable and quiet that I need this.....

Don’t go here the General Manager is a LIAR!!!! He is very unprofessional, and doesn’t have any people skills. He does underhanded dirty work!!! Rather If it’s done by someone else or himself. No integrity at all! This is not a place you want to spend your money! Be at another hotel, who takes privilege in their guest and staff.

This is a very nice motel. Bed was comfortable and a great bargain. Saved as a good place to stay.
