This place is so disgusting...the rooms were horrible. They double beds are full size & not queen. The bathrooms are very out dated. Not a clean place. Not comfortable at all, didn't even shower there, just couldn't wait until morning to leave. They do not have 24 hour airport shuttle, which they called me a taxi and the taxi driver tried to charge me $60 for a 3 mile drive. Do not go to this hotel. Rooms: Rooms are trash and out dated

Overall the location was okay. There was nothing nearby to get food except for one place that nobody recommended. The rooms were nice we did have to wait on ours even though we asked for early entry. That was not a big deal. They even stored our luggage for us. The morning girl was phenomenal. Everybody else was okay.

Wouldn't let me reserve a first-floor handicapped room when I called to make the reservation for 2 nights (March 21 and 22, Room 206). I reserved a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived to check in, they had no 1st floor handicapped rooms. We had to take a 2nd floor room. When we went upstairs, the room had a king bed. I immediately, then I went downstairs, and they would not change our room to a room with 2 double beds. They said it was against their policy! There was a cabinet built into the wall. When you opened the bottom cabinet, there was a gaping hole into the wall... no refrigerator, and you could see right into the interior walls! Called down to the front desk to get a refrigerator. A man came up with a motel ID badge, who spoke little English and looked at the hole and left. He never returned, and no one called me. We called again an hour or two later, and there was no response. There was no reduction on the bill... just excuses about remodeling and maids leave at 6. The hallway carpets were horribly dirty. If we wanted to change rooms, it would cost $100. They did charge me $100 and then reversed the charge. The next day, we returned from Doctor's appointments, and our key cards didn't work! Went to the front desk and was told we were only booked for 1 night. This was crap because I had my confirmation!! Horribly run facility, dirty and rude front desk employees

Front desk manager in the day time is very professional. Good continental breakfast. Night time and early morning 5 am front desk manager on 3/13 & 3/14 was busy on phone, didn't care to come to the front and sat on their chair in the corner. They gave a remodeled room in 5th floor. 5th floor has new carpets. 1st floor carpets are dirty as they are remodeling, Elevator and steps are dirty. Shower bathtub spout came off in the middle of the shower and no water to shower head, maintenance fixed it during day, still the spout was barely holding to the plumbing. Bed sheet held with 4 poster pins, is your window curtain, really ? TV didn't work. Rooms: Remodeled and still several small kinks to fix. No curtains, bed sheet with 4 poster pins holding the bedsheets. Safety: Safe in and in parking lot. Food & drinks: Restaurants in walking distance. Noteworthy details: Hotel is being remodeled.
