I would give this hotel zero stars. This hotel completely screwed up my wedding event. I had one of my wedding events here and initially when I signed the contract with them I was told that the hotel foyer and ballroom would be completely renovated. I signed the contract 8 months before and I was given reassurance many times that everything will be done. But that did not happen. In fact, two weeks before, the foyer was renovated but not completely done and ballroom was decent which gave me confidence that everything will be fine my wedding weekend. When my wedding weekend came around we found out on the day of the event that the foyer was going under construction again and ballroom was not vacuumed. I mean whatever was promised to us did not come through. In fact, foyer was very dirty, the curtains from the windows we're removed and the ballroom was very dirty as well. Oh and the best of all was that the air-conditioner was not working on the day of my event. The management were no help, we were not told about the air-conditioner properly not working until two hours before the event. Oh and their boss nor the main person on their management was even there to handle our event. Also, the management was that bad that they completely messed up on our guest count and did not even provide us enough plates or water. The staff was not cooperative at all. This hotel is a disaster so are the rooms and holding an event here was the worst idea. They completely ruined my event. If you want to save your event from a disaster do not hold an event here. The management is horrible and so is the staff, seriously everything about this hotel is disgusting. I understand that problems happen that are not in your control but why promise us that everything will be fine and not informing us ahead of time that the foyer is not ready and the air-conditioner is not working. I really do not write bad reviews, but I really don't want others to go through what I went through.

Although I did not stay here, I can tell it was a good hotel. My friends rented the hall there and it was beautifuly decorated. There were chandeliers everywhere and the food was really good too (they gave 3 delicious courses) The tables were nicely decorated too with beautiful centerpieces in the middle. Overall a fancy, amazing hotel with great customer service.

Reconstruction within the hotel throughout multiple floors began at 7:30am during the weekdays. Hammering, drilling constantly. For a large portion of my stay (3 weeks) there was a 50/50 chance I would have hot water when I tried the shower. At one point someone got stuck in one of the lifts and leaks were seen comin from the roof in the reception area. A poorly maintained building. There was no pool in the hotel as shown on the website it is completely gone with no sign of it reappearing anytime soon. Far too much construction going on in this hotel, fake advertisement with a pool on their website and overall a terrible experience. Ive been to a few crowne plaza hotels in different countries and this branch brings the name to shame sadly.
