Horrible experience I ever had. Booked a room for me and my husband for a quick night stay. Upon checking in the Guy asked me how many ppl are staying I said two is staying. Then he asked me smoking or non. I said non he said if you smoke we wil charge you extra. Then he gave me one key I asked for two he then said how many ppl I said only two. Fast forward to my kids helping take my bags up stairs he proceeded to say if they are not down in 10 min Im canceling your room. I said they are not staying we are coming right back down. He was very rude and nasty! THE HALLWAYS SMELLED OF SMOKE EVERYWHERE REALLY BAD! I went to the room and the keys didnt work so we me & my kids came all the way back down. I said the keys didnt work. He then pressured that if my kids wasnt out in 5 min he would cancel my room again I agreed. So he give me back the keys and we go up to the room. Soon as we turn the lights roaches was everywhere on the bathroom floor we hadnt even shut the door. We immediately left ! This place is infested in the worst way. & the Owner/Manger attitude is beyond disgusting and disrespectful. I said how can you be so rude when you know your rooms are infested. I asked him to cancel my room and I wanted a refund he then says he cant cancel my room I have to cancel online. So basically he was kick me out if my kids stayed past 5 mins and keep my money for the room & my deposit! Not only is this worst experience but it also is a scam hotel
