Hampton Inn Houston-Northwest

Wow, what a dump. Hampton inn is usually super nice. This place is awful! Wallpaper barely stuck to the wall, smelly, rust on every metal surface in the bathroom. Looks like theyre remodeling so it might not be forever a dump, but Im seeing a lot of corners cut to save a nickel so I wouldnt hold my breath.

Worst hotel experience of my life. First off, the hotel phone didnt work and one of the lightbulbs in the bathroom wasnt working either. At 2:00am I noticed a bright fluorescent orange light coming from the ceiling of my room. It was so bright I couldnt sleep. The picture I attached to show this show the bright lights shining in the dark. I used my cellphone to call the front desk (because the phone in my room didnt work) and they sent up the supervisor who told me my options were : 1. Deal with it. They have no other rooms available so just sleep with a bright orange fluorescent light and pay for the night 2. Check out at 2am to get refunded. No option to stay and get the room cooped since the issue was the hotel, not me. No apology, no care. Just rude incompetent staff and a dirt dingy hotel. Never ever stay here.

Hampton Inn Houston-Northwest, you snuck past me and I didnt read the reviews. This dump is not worthy to be part of the Hilton brand! The place smells like weed and has toilets stored by the elevators. There was no way I was eating breakfast here. Super outdated and you leave feeling like you need to shower. My bathroom had duct tape and staples holding up the wallpaper and long hairs on the floor. Employees dont care either. I wont stay here again.

Update: Never heard from anyone regarding my stay, the bot I mentioned before did an excellent job at proving my point. If I could give a Salt score its 1. Im bummed I got charged to stay at a motel with a Hilton name. I was baffled at the condition of this motel. There no way this is a Hotel from Hilton. Been a Diamond member for over 7 years now and I can say this is by far the worst motel Ive ever stayed in. I think Motel 6 has a more renovated look By the way the bot replying to these reviews and apologizing then saying please call this number or visit this website for feedback just adds to the lack of attention Hilton is giving this place.
