Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress

First, I would like to say that if youre looking for a hotel that feels like home then this is the place to book. I love the staff here, they make you feel like family and is very welcoming!!! Lastly, the complimentary breakfast is one of the best perks they have here, the food is always fresh and tasty!!

The staff is amazing!! Leslie is a positive professional person who made me feel like family. Next time I am in town, I will definitely book again bc of the staff.

Dont deal with the hotel if you are a business. They are not organized. They dont accommodate at all. Only one person has access to their cc processing forms. Highly recommend moving on to other hotel management.

Rooms: Very spacious mobility assistance room, close to, but far away enough to the elevator to not hear it. Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast was hot, good and fresh. There was a variety and different daily.

This location does not value Titanium and Lifetime members. Needed a water to take my meds and they would not give me one without wanting to charge me for it. Even said they would charge me for those small bottles that are usually offered courtesy daily at all other Marriott brands for Titanium and Platinum members. They were very pleasant yesterday at check in, but today, not so much. I wont stay here again since they nickel and dime Elite Lifetime members for tiny water bottles, especially when I needed it to take my meds. Pam and Deana were the front desk staff. I even called Marriott Bonvoy and this hotel told Marriott their Manager doesnt allow them to give free waters after the first day. God forbid you need to take medshave your money ready to pay for a courtesy small ounce of water. Will stay somewhere else for business next time I come to Houston.
