    First of all the incidentals deposit can be held up to 25 days?!? What who has ever heard this before?!? The elevator was a bit scary and kind feels like its on its last leg.. Thank goodness there are stairs! Walked into our room and you were hit with the overwhelming smell of marijuana/ weed/maryjane whatever you want to call it and I freaked out I call up to the front desk.. they came up and walked in and said yes there is a smell of weed. I was like on the paperwork I signed it says there will be 250 charge if someone smokes in the room.. I was like this needs to be noted because we just walked in!! Also the clerk said we dont have any other room to exchange for this one.. we can give your money back. After she left I look in the bathroom and sad to say the tub didnt look very clean. Pictures posted. Im disappointed to say the least this is not what I expect from Best Western Plus at all. We are staying because we just need this room for the night.

    Terrible treatment by the staff and especially at reception Eva is very rude and has a very bad attitude towards the guest, I think they should pay attention to the staff they hire. I do not recommend the hotel, my stay was unpleasant and I will not return.
