Life Time

I LOVE this gym!!!! I have been a member here for about 4 years and there is nowhere else like it. I recently moved to Dallas and the LifeTime here is not the same. Whenever I go back to Houston, one of the first things I do is head to LifeTime Greenway. Its a great set up with plenty of equipment and room, even right after work. The staff is great and helpful. I have also spent a lot of time doing work and having lunch in the cafe. 10/10 recommend!!!

Tried to speak with the GM regarding there PBall schedule of there paid classes and leagues scheduled almost every day in peak hours. It's been 2 months since I tried calling few timesand left VM yet never heard back from him. The management at Greenway doesnt care and they are not ready to change there schedule off peaks hours. No matter how many ppl have raised with them.. my last attempt and i switch my memberships somewhere else.

If you arrive between 4:30-5pm, the sauna will be only 120 instead of the usual 170-180, as they tend to clean it during that time. However, despite the abundance of 10+ squat racks, securing one for your workout between 5pm or 8pm can be a challenge due to trainers reserving eight for their classes. Additionally, the spacious area designated for stretching and workouts is only available if you dont exercise at 7am or between 5-6:30pm, as its often blocked off for trainer use. While you may be accustomed to finding massage guns and thick bands at other gyms, theyre no longer available here due to theft concernsa recurring excuse given over the past six months.
