Round Rock Race: Very poorly managed race. Asked several staff members on the course for route directions. No one knew them. There was no indicator for turns etc... I missed a mile of this race. Most 5k runners did too. The supervisor in the red hoodie and yellow lettering with black running pants was confrontational and took no accountability when I discussed it with her. She followed me and yelled at me after our conversation got heated.. this was horrible race management. They need a quality assurance team. Waste of money and time. Expensive race too.

I have run two 1/2 marathons with USA Fit and it is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Tons of people cheering you on. A great finish experience and recognition. And the bling is awesome. Thanks USA Fit for making my experience so great!

Good Run. Very different from Chevron 1/2 which is the big Houston Marathon a few weeks earlier. Have run the 1/2 twice here - fast course, no frills, and not crowded. Wait time at starting line after gun is about a minute - then run down the street for 6 miles and run back for 6 - do it twice for the full. Amenities are fine - if you want big finishing crowd - not the race. A a good 1/2 on the SW side of Houston - perfect. Check out the parking before you go - good pick up/drop off is the Texas Instruments building across the street
