The fact that they are responding to the negative reviews saying we have reviewed the incorrect practice tells you everything you need to know about this shady place. Like duh we haven't been here, we are standing up for the patients you've done wrong and are clearly ignoring. Fix the situation before gaslighting everyone else.

Absolutely horrible practice!! Major red flags!! Save yourself and family do not go here. They responded saying Ive never been here but this isnt my legal name so how would they know based off my name? Exactly what I mean shady practice and terrible customer service!

Came from tiktok. Lying to patients, having them do unnecessary tests just so they can charge more, then inputting incorrect diagnostic codes and acting oblivious/ignoring calls when confronted? This is whats wrong with our healthcare system.

Update: Currently working with our Attorney General to resolve this issue as this practice stopped responding. We just paid for my husbands bill to avoid it going to collections but we will fight to get every penny back because we do not want anyone else to be in this situation. Read my previous review below if you are interested to know more about what happened or just watch my TikTok video that has gathered the attention of politicians and news outlets who reached out to help! They assured me that insurance would cover my visit and added numerous additional tests that I did not need. I was going to take the blood work at Quest but the doctor INSISTED that I did it in the office because it would be covered. 6 months later on January I received a bill for $205. Every single time I called them they would say they just entered the wrong insurance code and that its actually fully covered by insurance. I went back and forth with them and their billing department 23 times until they refused to remove the bill so I left my very first review on here to which they responded that it was the very first time they hear of this issue so I gave them a call AGAIN. ROSEO is the person I spoke to who yet again assured me that the code was entered incorrectly and the bill was finally removed hence, I removed my review. 3 weeks later today I receive a message that my bill is overdue!!! What is even more upsetting is that months after my initial visit I believed they were an honest practice so I had my husband change his doctor too and come here for his annual review. Sure enough the exact same thing happened to him. They offered him additional unnecessary tests like stds on top of his annual and when he said he would go to Quest to get his blood work done they assured him it would be covered if done at this doctors office. Why would they even offer a married man with his wife sitting next to him multiple std tests? He is now getting collection threats from this practice yet when we called we were told they dont have a collection agency. At this point, I am absolutely done giving this practice another chance as the amount of stress they have caused us is overwhelming!
