He's been my doctor for 35 years as well as my parents my grandparents my siblings, his ability to diagnose and treat you quickly has managed to save some of my family's lives in an emergency. I never mind the wait because when it comes to your health you want the best and he is way above the best.

The building seems new,the staff are friendly. I haven't had any problems/issues there, the dr. seems to care. Its just a regular office, One of the other reviewers must have been to another dr because ,a pain clinic? lol, i would say it's probably the opposite with this guy. He seems very conservative.

I am editing this post because I was so frustrated and distraught when I wrote it originally. I had originally loved to see Dr. Gibbs. After his move I could no longer get in touch with staff and my pharmacy could not get a hold of him, and my insurance company could not reach him either. This was after I got the new phone number and fax number from their new location. The numbers they had listed on every sourse were incorrect, so pharmacies were calling and faxing the wrong number. Was also difficult as a patient to maneuver. I couldn't get refills for my insulin because of this. I was told by staff that my rxs had been sent to the pharmacy but days and weeks of checking in proved this not to be true. I had to go up to the office and get a paper script because their phones and fax machines were so unreliable. This meant that my prior authorizations for my insulin and diabetes supplies went un answered. I even waited on the phone with the insurance company waiting for anyone to answer the phone at the office for something my life depended on. During normal business hours I would call 20+ a day and not get through. I was only ever able to leave a message with their emergency messaging service which is not connected to the office directly. Even they had trouble calling the office. So no, I won't ever be going back if I can't rely on the office to be able to carry out necessary functions including being able to make a simple appointment where I rarely saw Dr. Gibbs anymore anyways. They would not answer my calls, talk to my pharmacy, fill prior authorization requests, and in the end not take care of my medical needs.
