Had a terrible accident which left me paraplegic, I was mentally devastated and this facility completely cured all my insecurities and fears, 10/10 doctors and surgery procedures, 10/10 physical therapy with Natalie, full emotional support, attention and care, passionate and unconditional, 10/10 occupational therapy with Dolores, strong and dedicative, your work and words still run in my day to day, 10/10 nurses and staff, empathy and compassion were abundant. I deeply thank you all for my care and your time.

This hospital is so discombobulated no instruction on how to treat the patient nor the family, they told us yesterday that my son would go into surgery at 5 am and yet he still in the bed waiting for surgery. They just constantly lie and its just all messed up.They are not on their jobs,this is so crazy.The nurses don't care neither the do the doctors. Instead of doing their job,it's all kind of chaos here. They have no instruction on how the prepare of what they are I dont recommend you go to 710 Cypresswood do not go stay away go anywhere except there! Nurse laugh in your face when they don't think you know what you are talking about. BUT I do ,I have had way to much experience with stupid people like them.Handle people like them accordingly.

Anna with patient care is awesome. She is attentive and resolves issues quickly even after they've been taken care of so as to not happen again. I appreciate her and the emergency staff that helps my family when they need it. Dr. Okonkwo is a superb professional and I hope they keep him.
