Whatever Hispanic female has an intercom today was rude as hell. I specifically said #5 and #6 with orange juice, order of hotcakes and an extra hashbrown. Never said just the sandwich. I get just the sandwiches with the juice and one hashbrown. I told them exactly what I ordered and she's like no it was just the sandwich. Yea that's what you entered not what I ordered. She asked if I wanted the hashbrown and said yes. Paid 1.30 and only received one when I needed 2. Been coming here for years and it's the first for someone to be rude AF. Whatever happened to good customer service? Because these ladies aren't giving that! I'd give this review a zero if I could.

This is the most racist Mcdonald franchise I have ever visited. Bunch of disrespectful, noisy spanish speaking girls who yell at customers. Will never visit this Mcdonald again. They deserve zero star but my phone will not let me.

When they don't give you a complete order, then you call and the manager sounds like she's 13. My next visit when they were supposed to take care of that the Hispanic old manager said no. Ever since then, haven't been back. They're service SUCKS!!! He wanted to argue about it and said I'm not giving you anything. Which was something I PAYED for. I said ok, give me your name. I sure did call corporate.
