        Yesterday I had an appointment with my 2 daughters and when we arrived at reception we were greeted by a very kind lady. After Dr. Diana she was very kind to my daughters, but when we went to select lenses she was attended to by a lady who was very rude in her way of speaking, trying to hide that she is educated but I am not stupid and when she helped me The first lady looked at her making bad gestures because she didn't understand a question. They should have people with more education and who don't look down on ANYONE.
