My name is Stephanie Holley I am a patient at this hospital , Marisol was my nurse the first time on February 12 of 2024. I came in about two months and she was great and the only one who was able to draw my blood with no major pain. Well Im back again today early and had a few different nurses but they couldnt get my iv vein and stuck me more than 5 times. I did ask for Marisol but they did tell me she was not here. I did not allow anyone else to stick me until she comes in , as soon as she came in the room I was happy , she stuck me only once and got blood right away. She is one of the only ones that can do it with one stuck, claim Another nurse arrives and thank God it was Marisol!!!! She was able to draw my blood with one try. You have no idea how happy I was to see her. I incredibly love her attitude and professionalism. We dont feel good when we are sick and she just put a big smile on my face. I definitely dont feel as depressed as I did when I came in today. She is definitely a positive nurse and very kind. All the nurses have been great but my Marisol is amazing and direct.

If you want to feel less than human this is the place to go, i show up and the people at the front are super nice and looking back on it its probably intentional cause the nurse in the back will stare at you and just talk to you like youre some junkie trying to score, and the doctor that attended to me didnt even turn on the lights to see me, guy literally eyeballed me in a room with the lights off and the curtains closed , i had to have the lights on for the second time he came in, DO NOT COME HERE THE STAFF THINK THE DOOR IS SOUND PROOF AND JUST SAY THE MOST OBSCENE THINGS ABOUT YOU, i dont even trust that i was properly diagnosed or that i was even properly xrayed, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF ... READ ALL THE 1 AND 2 STAR REVIEWS, LITERALLY EVERYRHING EVERYONE IS SAYING IS TRUE

These place seems extremely extremely sketchy. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs waiting for a family member to have surgery and the amount of staff members that are not actual hospital staff ) nurses , doctors, techs , etc) verse the number of administrative staff is beyond me. On top of the fact that most of the administrative staff is from a foreign language and barely speak any English at all. Please read the reviews and do your research because they are not entirely wrong. I know for a fact that they still use the Old ER Down the street from this Hospital for office visits therapy etc. again I am not sure but sitting here gave me very bad anxiety and I felt as if they were talking about me in their language . I felt as if I was going to be drugged and kidnapped. I could be over dramatic but something is very much up with this place

Well even though nothing was found I'm good no new diagnosis... Dr Robertson was awsome calm cool collected gave me information was nice took the time didn't rush me. I felt comfortable. They helped me inside i needed a wheel chair. Help me to my car after visiting like I said I needed a wheel chair.. Great place if you have to see some one right away. All staff was nice not like urgent care across the street

Rudest staff imaginable. Would never recommend this place to anybody that I know and I definitely will not be returning. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. The one is more than enough. Learn some manners and learn to treat people better!!
