Was left in pain for at least an hour, no one checked on me. Needed the bathroom and had no way to ask for help. Scooted off the end of the bed to go to find a restroom.. They seemed understaffed.

I came into the location and the lady at the front desk that sits of the left side Showed very little concern no empathy at all. I said I want to take the Covid Test and she explained they do not do that. She said are you sick, I told yes and I have family who has it. So according to her response I went back to my car. I sat and thought about what she said and got back out. I said yes I need to see the doctor I am sick again. The person never once said I I apologize maybe ther was a misunderstanding. She has the wrong attitude to be at the front desk. The doctor was rude I ask to talk to him and was told by the nurse he was busy, remember he is not too busy when my Insurance payment is made to him. A lot of the other staff was professional and caring. I ask for paperwork for my job and ask if someone can go over my test results with me, I was told no they are too busy and I am still here waiting 30 minutes after for s letter for work

The nurse said to wait 15 minutes for test results... That 15 minutes turned into 2 hours....

Man on the phone was rude, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner that was hard to understand, and sarcastically asked if I was “feeding the fever.†I asked him to repeat the question because I was confused by his statement (I later looked it up, and it is the reverse/inaccurate version of an old wives tale “starve a fever, feed a coldâ€). He then hung up on me. I called back and a lady answered in a much more professional manner, and explained that they cannot answer any medical questions over the phone. I thanked her. But that man seems to be in the wrong profession.

Yesterday Aug/ 8th at 11 PM, the guy at the reception gave me a very bad attitude and was completely careless. Then asked me to wait 3 hours !! I was full in pain, wasn’t feeling any of my fingers . My right hand stucked with the A/C belt when the car was ON. Save your time and never think to go to this place
