Had another great experience here in treating my head injury. The staff treated me respectfully and even made me laugh a few times. I had a CT scan of my brain and was in and outta there in an hour! I love this place.

I do not recommend this place. The nurses are awful and apparently hate their job. Didnt transfer records to the hospital as they said they would so we showed up and found out one of the nurses slipped up and forgot. What form of patient care is that and what school teaches that? If you want a staff that actually cares about the patients then do not take anyone or yourself here.

When do you go the ER? when you have an emergency, right? I had sever headaches and felt like my head is going to blast so went there in the middle of the night and still had to wait for like half an hour.. still understandable.. but for some reason I ended up going to the ER a couple of times (thanks to my PCP) and ended up receiving a bill of $6k.. When I called the RTMC, they said my insurance didnt cover it fully but they could give me a "discount" so I ended up paying around $3k.. staff is good and the docs who saw me at the ER were very caring and helpful.. I just wish nobody needs to go to the ER solely bc of the bill you're going to recieve.. oh, and after most of my visits, I usually got a follow up call the next day to see if I was okay or still need help! Honestly, I prefer them over my PCP but the bill!! Agh!!
