If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Now Power/Acacia energy whoever they are. Literally horrible customer service. You cant get a hold of anyone & when you do theyre completely rude. They act like theyre giving you a good deal but are actually scamming you. Youll put money on the lights almost everyday & still it wont ever be enough. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Theyre are so many other better places who actually treat you like a human & also offer a much better service.

This service is horrible. I wouldnt recommend at all. The level of hidden fees is outrageous. I paid for service and had to wait til the next week for the service to actually be activated. Customer service was extremely rude and no refund was given. The worst company ever.

This company should be brought up on charges for crimes against humanity. I'm looking at representation to sue them currently

The worst experience I ever seen with a light company..no company in the world leave you on hold 2to 3 hours,and sometimes longer than rep don't give you accurate information on the amount to pay constantly cuts your light off my light been off since 7am I didn't get any notifications after makeing a payment on sat I was not able to reach anyone to see what the accurate amounts, because of the long wait..I hit the button receive call back no one ever calls back. I send 5 email back to back please call no return. When I made automatically payment with extra amount now my lights are still off it's very cold now that finally I spoke with a agent.. Another lie now they are blaming center point my order was sent At 11am but my light been off sense 7am..Now power ..I wouldn't recommend they are over loading with customer and shouldn't be signing up no new customers they have more than what they can handle you will put on hold for at least 2hours don't apologize for long wait
