This exact location, the business does shoe and leather repair!! It's called Chase Shoe Shine Parlor. There is a dry cleaners & alterations place around the other side of the building called "Vibrant Cleaners & Tailoring". I have used BOTH businesses and give both 5stars and I recommend both. The shoe repair shop guy is super friendly. Occasionally he leaves/closed for lunch, then he usually goes home for the day around 6pm. Cost was $8 to have a pair of heel stoppers put on my shoes. Very affordable. Quick turnaround. This is my new place instead of Houston Shoe Hospital (takes a week and price is $18/pair) The dry cleaners is also nicely priced and WOW they are fast! I got 3 blazers and 1 formal dress dry-cleaned in 24hrs for $28 total.
