This cleaner washed my silk blouse that is why all color faded, but their manager never retunred my call and take no responsibility for the damaging my blouse. This plase is not honest.

Updating my review as certain complaints Ive had before around error in charges have been resolved and over a period of time, hasnt reoccurred. Spring Valley Cleaners are my go to dry cleaners. No fuss, consistent. I like also that parking is convenient and access to the shop is really easy off of I10. Definitely recommend.

I'm revising on my original review: My experience was quite frustrating. I was overcharged initially, and it required multiple trips on my part to address the issue. The absence of a supervisor or manager on-site, along with a lack of their contact information, only added to the inconvenience. While they eventually rectified the problem, the time and aggravation it took were substantial. I've updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars as they did resolve the issue, but the overall experience prevents me from rating it any higher.
