Brite Touch Cleaners and Anishah in Richmond are always super friendly and really care about their customers. They provide excellent communications and everything always comes out correctly. If you are near one of thier locations, I would highly recommend making a visit.

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. the manager is a liar and doesnt want to deal with mistakes made under his management. THESE ARE NOT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OR WORKERS. Took some garments here to be cleaned. One garmet came back damaged. The manager Leonardo, stated the jersey was damaged before arriving (which I knew wasnt true, its a brand new jersey) and they checked with all of the staff and it was no way possible it could be damaged After calling and returning the item to the store on the same day, Leonardo stated a manager would call (he is the manager). After not hearing from anyone. I returned to the location to speak with some. Leonard (the manager) admitted to damaging the item and stated we had a -professional- leather person correct the mistake. (The correction looks as if white out was used) If you have anything you like, value, has a place close to your heart, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. They will not care for your items. They are unapologetically cold and demeaning in their approach. Edit: was told while in the store the owners are millionaires and they could careless about this. It wont affect them. -an employee in the store
