Long turn around , swift and bait told me one price for 15 dollar for a suit cleaned when I picked up charged me 24.00

I can't understand how anyone is describing this place with 'fair" prices or positively at all. I dropped out a white shirt and suit to be laundered and dry cleaned respectively. I was charged 11$ (!) for the shirt and 27$ (!) for the suit. Those prices are nowhere near what similar neighborhood places charge. On top of that - The woman working there today was INCREDIBLY rude and when I questioned the pricing told the person on the phone she was talking to that "they might have to call 911, because I might have to fight someone". I cannot recommend this place any less and can't stress enough this places is to be avoided. There are so many decent dry cleaners in the area - why choose one with outrageous prices and outlandishly rude staff?

I 100% do not recommend you give this place any business what so ever. They are supposedly a leather care business and I had a custom 450 dollar leather jacket to have a small stain removed from the pocket. When I revived the leather jacket back it was destroyed ! 4 shades lighter then it was when it was sent off and came back with multiple new stains and is dried out Beyond repair! This jacket was brand new! And when I called and spoke with the owner I was told thats what happens when you send a leather jacket to be cleaned..... and refused any compensation what so ever. Hands down the rudest bunch of people I have ever done business with and I highly recommend that you dont fall for there 50 years in leather care line... because they are clearly amateurs that have no idea what there doing what so ever and there customer service is even worse than there ability to clean something.
