The staff at this CVS is extremely helpful. I want to thank the amazing Pharmacist Dr. Olaide who went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my prescription before my overseas trip. She is the epitome of what every pharmacist should strive to be, because of her exceptional work I will always be a CVS customer. Thank you again Dr. Olaide.

CVS pharmacy working night shift Feb 27 at 7PM threaten to use my personal information when I request her to adjust perception and she said because system down they cant use insurance and I have to pay out of my pocket. I have two insurance Cigna and Blue cross blue shield. The lady said I have your information is CVS allow employees to use medical information of any customer for anything that is why they can threatening customer ? They end up didnt was to fix their system issue if I dont pay out of my pocket. And try to close the pharmacy window on my face. Basically kick me out and said my personal information will be used.

The staff at this CVS is unfailingly helpful, kind and thoughtful. They are constantly working yet will help in any way they can no matter how busy the store is. They are so kind and helpful to old people which is not very common today. I want to thank all of the staff members. They are wonderful exceptional people.

Self pay machine caused so much trouble. After money was taken from me, I left without my purchase.
Lady on the phone when I called about the posted transaction the next day told me I could come in or call. Show up and its an attitude from her. Respectfully, the $15 I was here about is what some employees make an hour there. Its not about the $. I show up and the manager told me she couldnt return COVID tests but I needed to call customer care. After she was on the phone with customer care ALL OF A SUDDEN, I can get a refund in store. Trash management and trash self pay machines. Thieves.
