I came in to return 2 items , I brought receipt .. I asked cashier if she needed my card and with the biggest attitude just said nah .. She is sitting on the counter while doing the transaction and just having an ugly look on her face , so unprofessional and so unfriendly!!
Why is she even employed?!
Her: how did you pay
Me : I don't remember
Her : cash or card
Me : cash I think
Her : it says card
Me : I asked you if you needed my card
Her : well dam I didn't know
I let her get to me .. People like her can ruin a person's hour or day , she does not need to be employed where she will have to interact with customers -_-

I am in Houston for Christmas and New Year. I failed to renew a prescription in time and went in to talk to the pharmacy employees about getting a renewal.
There were no more refills so this whole process was more complicated than usual.
The help I got from EVERYONE in this store was exceptional, especially the young woman in the pharmacy. I do wish I could remember her name because she was exceptional.

Such a shame for you guys at walgreens to have poor customer service of your products we all are tax payers to visit your pharmacy and purchase a vanilla Visa prepaid card and it was scammed already but you don't know until you open it and realize that they tampered with the card and sealed it back like new but sad part is that you can't get refunded from the pharmacy where you purchased it at all they tell you is that to call the number on the card and that's a dead end cause there are numbers missing on the card to enter on the phone so please don't buy any visa cards from walgreens if you don't want to be scammed they also states that other customers have been scammed as well so sad
Over all be careful buying from anywhere cause they probably hacked all the cards
