I have used the services of the Lovett Agency for over 40 years; I have never tried anyone else...they are old school meaning that they provide a personal service. I intend on using the Lovett Agency to obtain new commissions for myself and employees...and as long as they are in business, it is my intention to continue doing business with the Lovett Agency!

I contacted Jim at the Lovett Agency in search of a notary public. He was very pleasant (and enjoyable) to deal with. While there was a banter between us he was thorough and professional. Cost was VERY reasonable. And he thoughtfully offered hand sanitizer before I left. Definitely recommend this agency.

OMG where do I even begin with this company. My experience with them was beyond awful. I spoke over the phone to find out all what I needed for a particular service. Once at their office this is where the nightmare began. First impressions last a lifetime. When I walked into the office I WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by what I saw. This company states that they have been in service for many many years. This was evident by the chaotic catastrophe that I saw. I mean there was literally trash and piles of files EVERYWHERE. I am not sure of what filing system they use but I would highly suggest a new one. Clients files and personal information was all over the place and could be viewed by any person that walked in. I mean the office looked like they belonged on an episode of hoarders. I decided to just hurry up and get done what i needed so that I could get out of there as fast as possible. The owner, Jim Felker, was so cold and rude. I do not know how he has managed to stay in business as long as he has. I was absolutely appalled by his tone, demeanor, and over all presence. His attitude was downright unacceptable. He spoke to you as if you were slow and lacked comprehension. Not a lot of people really know about this line of business so naturally they will have quite a few questions because it can be confusing. You could not pay me to ever step foot in this rat trap again.
