Shawn and his project manager Juan were exceptional to work with on our client's custom new construction home. Our clients hired our design team to design all interior finish selections and specialty features. Alleanza's team of professionals executed our design vision with extreme attention to detail and care. Shawn listened to every concern or request that arose durning the construction process from our design team with attentiveness and stopped at nothing to ensure the finished result would be perfect. We reached out to Shawn with Alleanza Custom homes to bid out our major home remodeling project after our initial builder defrauded us and left us hanging. From the very beginning Shawn was a true professional. He worked with us, listened to our needs and was very accommodating in trying to pick up where things had been left from the previous builder. In all our interactions we found Shawn to be a man of his word, dependable and always very responsive. Unfortunately we werent able to secure the necessary funds from our bank and decided to manage the project ourselves. However, if things were different we would most definitely have picked Alleanza Custom Homes to build our dream home!

Alleanza remodeled our home in 2022/2023 and although living through a remodel is never easy, Shawn was always honest, kind, and willing to fix any mistakes that arose. We are in love with our new home!
