They indeed value their customer money. I approached them for a full home remodel. I was extremely concerned that this project could get away from us financially. I was comfortable with the quality and the open communication but was worried about the plans that our architect had drawn would exceed the budget. To my delight, Patrick worked with us to value engineer the plans and product selections to make this project a reality without any major financial surprises. So I am fully satisfied with their work and their business acumen.
