I messaged for some general information and ballpark quote for above garage bonus room. I received a reply within a week that let me know they didn't do work in my area...but that isn't why five stars. Despite not doing work in my area Michael provided me with ballpark quote information, offered to talk with me about selecting a contractor, and provided more information that I could've reasonably expected for being outside their service area.

Mike built a garage apartment for us in 2019. It is a really nice two car garage off of alley access with an open floorplan loft apartment above. Mike and his team were very easy to work with and had great recommendations that really improved upon what we were originally thinking since they work on these all the time. The quality is excellent, and we've had no issues with Mike's work. Everyone that comes over is very impressed with the garage apartment. He took time to make sure the addition tied closely with our house built in the 1920's and it really looks like it could have been designed at the same time our house was built. Mike also built a great storage shed for us many year prior and it is still in excellent shape. We highly recommend Mike. He does great work, and it a great asset to the Heights!
