Alfresco did a great job on our covered patio extension! I was impressed with how involved the owner Ruben is. I know they had multiple projects going on, but the attention he gave our project made it feel like we were the only thing he was focused on. He's got a great team that knows what they are doing, Hector and Josue were knowledgeable and ensured the final product was of excellent quality. Any construction comes with unknowns and necessary shifts in the plan. Ruben was excellent in flexibility and adapting the plan to our situation, needs and desires. We got the patio we were looking for at the right price, great quality, and excellent service along the way. Thank you to everyone at Alfresco!

We used Alfresco during the winter storm of 2021. We had a small leak in the kitchen ceiling. The seam where the old and new ceiling met is very noticeable. I asked for Behr with an eggshell finish and got Glidden with a flat finish (did not realize this until the job was completed). I reached out to the owner while the work was happening (specifically the quality of the mud work) and he basically supported the his contractor. My gut feeling was that the guy who did the work wasnt one of his workers, but a contractor he hired to help during that crazy time . . . I tried to reach out to the owner a couple of times afterwards and did not get a call back.

They do excellent work and take a lot of pride in their workmanship! Everything was measured and leveled. I could not be more pleased and would use them again. I have no hesitation referring this company to family and friends

Alfresco Construction is an amazing team to work with. The CEO Ruben is very thoughtful in understanding what youre trying to accomplish while also being thoughtful of what it would take from a cost perspective to get the job done. The quote is detailed and gives you a very good visual and numerical view on what itll take. They do remodeling, and in my case, I needed a wall repair and floor repair. They found the exact match for everything and now my home looks like nothing ever happened! Flawless. Ruben is also thoughtful in terms of his team he hires. They were so kind and worked with quality and efficiency! Hector and Josue led the efforts and theyre amazing at what they do! Communication, value, timing, price, all the things use Alfrescos and you wont regret it!

We had a very large tree branch fall and also needed to have a very tall pine tree removed. Alfresco was able to be at our home within in several hours and removed all the trees & debris by late afternoon. Great people! Great service! Thanks to all!
