Do not work for these people. They will not pay you for weeks and when they finally do, the check might bounce. There are plenty of other reasons but the pay alone should be enough to avoid this company.

Oxford builders is a very unprofessional organization and company I have worked for this company prior to Covid and after this company is very on organized superintendence don’t know how to do their positions in formants show up to jobsites to sign their workers in and leave for the day. People in the office are very disrespectful when it comes to making sure that your finances are taken care of properly towards the end of the week. I have even had issues where you get paid and then their checks bounce. It has always been an issue either it’s short or does not come on time. There’s also been issues where the company will have you drive 2 to 3 hours away from your residence and no confrontation for gas. I would recommend no one ever coming to work for this company the amount of problems that this company has is ridiculous night even to include the unsafe procedures and unprofessional procedures they use on the daily basis on their construction sites.

Can’t believe this company and owner survived the pandemic! Horrible place to work. Zero professionalism and people get fired left and right for no reason at all due to the old and senile owner (William). I worked for them for a few months as an admin over 5 years ago, one day went in and was told I was fired by a new hired “vice president” who was an inexperienced woman looking to fulfill an AP position lol. She had not even been there a month! Why William would hire her as a “vice president” when she was clearly unqualified and was evident she’d suffer the same fate as former “vice presidents” was beyond me- Nonetheless he allowed her fire me with no explanation at all. Little did I know, it would be the best thing that could ever happened to me. I’m now the CFO and do all finances for an 8 million dollar company.
